Job Description
The Advanced Systems Administrator is an intermediate technical position. The job responsibilities include administration of Windows servers and other general Microsoft applications. Other tasks include advanced client machine troubleshooting and diagnosing LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
┬╖ Experience: >=5+ years of IT or related domain
┬╖ Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills
┬╖ Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills, active listening, and customer-care.
┬╖ Education: Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or a related field
┬╖ Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture
┬╖ Atleast 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel
┬╖ Been into end-user support team for last 2 years
┬╖ Hands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
┬╖ Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)
┬╖ Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (no medical situation)
┬╖ Hands-on experience for either O365 or VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure

┬╖ Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.

┬╖ Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
┬╖ Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
